Data Sovereignty & Terms
Zero Cookies. Total Producer Ownership.
1. The BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) Architecture
LensDJ Pro utilizes a strictly local BYOK architecture. When you enter your Free or Paid API Keys (Google Gemini or Grok) and custom Voice IDs, those credentials are saved exclusively in your device's local storage. They are never transmitted to a central LensDNA database, nor do we have access to your API billing limits. You have complete sovereignty over your compute pipeline.
2. 100% Royalty Ownership & BMI Registration
Unlike other platforms that restrict commercial rights on free tiers, LensDJ Pro operates purely as an instrument. You are the legal producer of all generated .wav and .mp4 files.
- You are free to distribute your music through DistroKid, Beatport, Spotify, and Apple Music.
- You are free to sell stems and loops on marketplaces like Pond5.
- We actively encourage our users to register themselves as the publisher/writer with BMI or ASCAP to collect performance royalties. We claim 0% of your splits.
3. Zero-Cookie Policy & Ephemeral Data
We deploy ZERO persistent tracking cookies, pixels, or cross-site fingerprinting nodes. Your session chat logs, audio playback buffers, and video streams are confined strictly to your active ephemeral RAM. Purging the RAM or closing the tab destroys the data entirely.
4. Copyright & IP Liability (LensDJ Pro)
TERMS OF SERVICE: AUDIO GENERATION & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- No Warranty of Non-Infringement: LensDJ Pro provides the generated audio "AS IS" and makes no guarantees that the generated audio is completely free from third-party copyright claims.
- Commercialization Risk: If you choose to export, distribute, or monetize the generated audio, you do so entirely at your own legal and financial risk.
